Job Description

Are you a dynamic, hardworking individual looking to begin your career in IT? If so, then this is an excellent opportunity to begin your IT career working with a market-leading company! You will start on their help desk supporting customers through telephone support, logging tickets and escalating issues to relevant team members.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Typical roles and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing 1st line technical support
  • Logging all support calls correctly
  • Dealing with tickets where you will have to fault find
  • Escalating more complex calls to the relevant support team members

Full support and guidance will be provided by both the employer and training provider throughout the apprenticeship.

Future Prospects

  • There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme
  • You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further
