IT Support Apprentice - Advanced (Level 3)
Roles & Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- 1st line support
- Supporting team members with projects
- Troubleshooting tasks
- Setting up IT hardware
- Installing software
- CRM updates
- Onsite work
There may be an opportunity for progression.
- Troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service
- Confident and able to ask questions
A minimum of a Grade 4/C in maths or equivalent is required for this role.
