Responsibilities
Duties will include:
- Offering 1st line support
- Data restoration
- Being responsible for personal ticket queue, updates, and completing tasks
- Comprehensive technical support
- Proactively updating customers with call status and resolution progress
- Escalating issues when needed
- Going out and dealing with problems onsite
Full training and support will be provided by Oosha and Baltic Apprenticeships.
