Are you an aspiring IT Apprentice looking to get your foot in the door within your chosen career path? If so, this could be the role for you!

Baltic Apprenticeships are working in partnership with Seada Technology Limited to provide them with their next Digital marketing apprentice. Seada technology limited are a UK based 2019 Queens award for Enterprise winning, world-leading manufacture of video wall controllers, conference technology and pro AC solutions. Their mission is to offer the most innovative and cost-effective solutions to their customer in video wall controller applications.

Due to a period of growth Seada Technology limited are now looking for a creative IT Infrastructure Technician Apprentice to come and join their team of experts.

Roles & Responsibilities (Will include but not limited to):

  • Responding to customers queries
  • Creative bespoke hardware and software packages for clients
  • Supporting customers through webinar sessions
  • Supporting senior engineer in configuring hardware and software

Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge:

  • Genuine interest in Technology
  • Passion for IT
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Minimum grading of Level 4/C or above in mathematics or equivalent is required for this role

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £7,800 per annum
  • Monday to Friday between the hours 9am till 5pm
  • 30 Hours per week
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays
