What will the apprentice be doing?
As an IT Helpdesk Technician Apprentice, you will be:
- Supporting all IT related issues from a remote support helpdesk
- Supporting work with external network support providers
- Remotely supporting the network administrators and IT coordinators with maintenance and installation tasks
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Full training towards L3 Information Communication Technician: Support Technician will be provided. You will complete a 22-month apprenticeship.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Fantastic Progression Opportunity. There is the potential for a full time role to be offered to the successful and suitable applicant upon completion of the apprenticeship.

Having a driving license would be desirable but not essential during the apprenticeship.
