Job Description

As a leading healthcare group, we need to make sure that our technology and infrastructure are on point to fulfil our purpose of helping people live longer, healthier happier lives. As such, we’re looking for 12, passionate and enthusiastic graduates to join our IT Graduate Programme starting in September 2021.


What will the apprentice be doing?

Our blended learning programme will enhance your skills across different areas with IT and throughout the programme you’ll have three placements within Bupa to broaden your understanding of how an IT department at a global company operates.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You'll be working towards an MSc Digital and Technology Solutions, a Level 7 qualification througout your time at Bupa.  This qualification will be provided by Henley Business School who hold triple accredited status from the leading UK, European and US accrediting bodies.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Our programme is designed to give you the opportunity to get to grips with a number of teams in our IT department, helping you make an informed descion about where you would like to progress your career. Through our blended learning approach you'll study topics such as IT strategy, allowing you to progress in a number of areas.
