Job Description

Do you have a passion for IT? Want to gain a valuable qualification in the IT sector whilst earning a salary? Remit Group is looking for a talented apprentice for our client, XEPOS, one of the innovators in the EPOS market to embark on our Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

Data Technician Apprenticeship Level 3.
£7,826.00 p.a.
B90 2EL.

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Send emails to customers and other clients
  • Speaking to customers on the phone and providing a good level of service
  • Monitor accounts on a daily basis
  • Identify outstanding account receivables
  • Reset Direct debit payments
  • Process payments and refunds
  • Working with spreadsheets/data (Excel)
  • Data entry/menu programming
  • Ensuring websites are following GDPR rules through privacy policy and terms & conditions

We work closely with employers to realise natural opportunities to develop skills within a practical workplace setting.
