Responsibilities
What will the apprentice be doing?
- Provide support to customers, suppliers, and partners via telephone, remote support & onsite visits
- Create and take ownership of tickets and be responsible for allocated work
- Communicate effectively with customers via telephone & maintain excellent written job-notes throughout
- Adhere to & contribute toward company processes and procedures
- Manage your workload, whilst meeting & exceeding KPIs and targets
- Carry out Project Engineering works when required by Professional Services
- Provide support to all other areas of EPX as required
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
With this Level 3 IT apprenticeship, you'll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software and optimising performance.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The successful candidate may progress on to a Level 4 apprenticeship and also secure a full-time role.
