Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

  •    Various classroom IT Support, fixing AV issues with projectors and
  • Adding new users and resetting passwords
  • MDT to build computers
  • Hardware rollouts

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
