Job Description

Do you have a keen passion for technology? Are you eager to begin a career in IT? If so, I have the perfect position for you. For the right person, there is the opportunity to secure full time employment and progress to higher level qualifications.


Duties will include:

  • Provide first line support in a helpdesk environment
  • Repair and maintain computer equipment
  • Provide support for a range of hardware devices
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Proactively undertake any other relevant duties that may arise

Future Prospects

  • LE.A.D IT have taken on eleven apprentices on in the past 6 years and are passionate about giving young people the skills and qualifications they need to succeed and move on to other roles within the company and the freedom to pursue their own interests within the field

Reality Check

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week)

Skills Required

  • A professional telephone manner
