Job Description

Experience of working/maintaining a live network, experience of working/helping a wide variety of end users with different IT knowledge, troubleshooting applications and hardware faults, change faulty parts and experiences of working/rebuilding a wide range of different IT products/equipment, including projectors to laptop devices etc.

Responsibilities

Duties will include: 

  • Experience of working/maintaining a live network
  • Experience of working/helping a wide variety of end users with different IT knowledge
  • Experiences of working/rebuilding a wide range of different IT products/equipment, including projectors to laptop devices etc.
  • Troubleshooting applications and hardware faults
  • Change faulty parts

Future Prospects

Barnwell will support the successful candidate into full-time employment or seek new employment for a Level 4.

Qualifications Required

  • The ideal candidate will have GCSE (or equivalent) A*-C/9-4 grades in English and maths
  • General interest in ICT
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
