Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

As an Infrastructure Technology Apprentice, you will be:

  • Balancing a number of tasks and responsibilities
  • Building on your technological skills and using them within a professional environment
  • Taking your natural curiosity and initiative to solve problems
  • Building on your understanding of infrastructure technology and data analysis

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The apprenticeship will blend on the job experience, face to face workshops and online learning, leading to the following qualifications:

  • Infrastructure Technician Level 3
  • MTA Networking Fundamentals
  • MTA Mobility and Devices Fundamentals
  • MTA Cloud Fundamentals
  • BCS Certificate in Business Processes and Coding and Logic

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

We offer apprentices a permanent contract from day one. 

We hire apprentices at post GSCE / A-Level – but if you do well on your apprenticeship and want to carry on learning, the business will support you to transfer onto the next level of apprenticeship – up to Level 6 – a degree level apprenticeship. So you can get your degree, whilst working, and no student debt!
