Job Description

If you are an eager person looking to progress into IT Support, this could be the role for you! Duties can include providing 1st line technical support, maintaining a high degree of customer service.

Connexin are taking the UK's 'Smart Cities' to the next level.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Providing 1st line technical support
  • Logging all support calls correctly using company systems e.g. Live Chat and SharePoint
  • Handling incidents and requests via telephone, email and online chat
  • Escalating more complex calls to the relevant support team member
  • Maintaining a high degree of customer service

Full support and guidance will be provided by both the employer and training provider throughout the apprenticeship

Future Prospects

  • There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme
  • You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme and take your training even further

  • Good communications skills written and verbal
  • Confident and clear telephone manner
  • Good organisational skills

Qualifications Required

  • A minimum of Grade 4/C in maths or equivalent is required for this role
