Job Description

The apprentice will work as part of the ICT Support Team to provide support to all staff, students, and parents as necessary. The role is based in the IT Department and will cover a wide variety of tasks, working with PCs, tablets, laptops, and a centralised printing system, whilst developing the skills needed to achieve a qualification.


What will the apprentice be doing?

  • To assist with the checking and maintenance of the school’s ICT resource for safe, effective use by students and staff
  • To support staff and student use of ICT within the classroom, and remotely when required
  • To assist with the maintenance of user accounts in a Microsoft Active Directory environment
