What will the apprentice be doing?
Assist Network Manager in running of school network Maintain & develop school’s ICT resource Assist with support of school’s cloud platform Keep appropriate records of IT equipment Support & resolve technical issues with the school ID/entry system Manage accounts for variety of online resources Synchronization routine for online payments Trouble shooting to resolve problems with hardware and software applicationsWhat training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Apprentices will be required to attend college x1 day per week either at our Hayes Campus completing necessary mandatory training and units associated with the apprenticeship.
Our Account Manager, industry-trained assessor, and Learning Advocate support apprentices to deliver our high-quality training programmes.
The apprentice will be required to complete:
- Full Level 3 IT solutions technician qualification
- Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours
- Standard and End Point Assessment
- Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required)
Other training will be provided by the employer as required to enable the fulfilment of the job role
