What will the apprentice be doing?
Provide services to all OSD IT customers, patients & suppliers Maintain strong work relationships & positive interaction with company’s userbase, IT providers & suppliers Participate in projects & undertake tasks as required Support communication technologies consisting of VOIP & mobile telephony systems, etc. Responsible for the build, support, retirement & tracking of IT assets such as hardware & software Assist in compiling effective audit processes (GDPR, Cyber Essentials, etc.)
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Apprentices will be required to attend college at least x1 day a week either at Uxbridge, Harrow or Hayes Campus completing necessary mandatory training & units associated with the apprenticeship.
You will be required to complete:
Level 3 Information Communication Qualification
- Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours
- Standard & End Point Assessment
- Functional Skills in English, Maths & ICT (if required)
- Other training will be provided by the employer as required to enable the fulfilment of the job role
