We are looking for a confident & motivated Apprentice to join our busy HR/Finance Department. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail & a genuine interest in working in HR. You will be providing admin support to the team as well as studying towards the L3 CIPD HR qualification.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

The successful candidate will be working within the HR/Finance department to support the team and assist with the administration of day-to-day operations, in order to provide a professional and efficient service to both schools whilst ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice. 

Some day to day tasks include; Adverting jobs in local press, online, specialist publications and job boards. Filing, inputting staff data, as well as managing personnel files. 

 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Training sessions are delivered monthly at either Colchester or Norwich and there is the option to pick the preferred training centre. At the end of the apprenticeship there is the opportunity to gain a L3 CIPD qualification. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Completing a level 3 qualification gives the opportunity to move into an entry level career in HR.
