Job Description

We require a Human Resources (HR) Support Apprentice who will be involved in the day-to-day functions of an HR team. The Level 3 apprenticeship incorporates the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • The successful applicant will support the work of the HR team. 
  • They will be involved in the day-to-day functions of an HR department. 
  • This includes recruitment, new starter processes and checks, leavers, sickness absence management and a variety of other duties.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Throughout the Level 3 apprenticeship you will be expected to complete the structured training course by learning on the job, attending sessions with the apprenticeship mentor, self-motivated home working and daily support from the Mentor within school. The HR Support Apprenticeship incorporates the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice.
