What will the apprentice be doing?
The broad purpose of the occupation is to support the Early Careers activity within Ibstock – coordinating recruitment directly relating to our apprenticeship programmes. This role will encompass the entire apprenticeship lifecycle from advertising through to selection and onboarding.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship standard:
- Work based apprenticeship
- Giving a Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice which takes place online over Teams meeting Tuesdays 09.30-12.30
- The option to include Business Skills sessions on a Wednesday morning online once a fortnight
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Ibstock plc are offering the successful candidate a HR Support CIPD Level 3 Apprenticeship, working within the HR Team alongside experienced HR Coordinators, enabling them to develop the required skills and experience to work with this environment, with a view to developing a long-term career within the business.
