Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

- Be responsible for onboarding any new colleagues ensuring their onboarding experience at finova is first class, this will involve making sure their IT equipment is sorted, setting them up on our systems and introducing them to life at finova.

- You will support our People Advisors with all aspects of the employee lifecycle from confirming successful end to probation to arranging leaving details for anyone moving on from finova.

- Assist with payroll admin.

- Reference requests.

- You will help us to make sure our HR systems are up to date with accurate information that will support reporting and analytics needed by our Senior Management Team.

- Diary management.

- Assist People Team with any adhoc projects.

- You will be involved in payroll and benefits management making sure our colleagues questions are answered and actioned.

- You will be actively involved in all aspects of HR in this truly generalist role.

- Other duties as assigned

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

HR Support Apprenticeship Level 3, with CIPD Level 3 Certificate in People Practice.

20% of your working week will be dedicated to yoru apprenticeship study.
