What will the apprentice be doing?
As an apprentice HR Consultant you’ll be exposed to a wide range of opportunities through tailored placements across the following functions to help you develop your HR generalist experience:
HR Operations & Reward, Resourcing & New Talent, The Academy, HR Business Partnering & Change as well as Internal and External Communications.
You'll be supporting colleagues to help create a fair and equitable working environment where everyone can succeed.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You’ll combine on-the-job learning with formal, nationally recognised development training gain a level 5 Foundation Degree HR Consultant Partner qualification. What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Various options will be available for career progression, once the apprenticeship has been completed. These include -
