What will the apprentice be doing?
· General Course Admin of Liasing with supplier, setting up dates, raising POs, building into the company LMS site & sending out invites.
Pre course: make sure the training room is set up correctly, chase attendees, inform security, print out attendee list.
Complete information on the month end report, detailing course held & showing any non attendees.
Work with L&D Advisor to support completion of target agreement & mid & year end reviews.
