What will the apprentice be doing?
Whilst providing daily administrative tasks to support the whole team, you will also work alongside key members of critical pieces of work, depending your understanding of HR responsibilities and the skills required in this career.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
HR Support Level 3 (CIPD)
Working at the central offices for the Partnership Monday to Friday, with one day per week at Bournemouth and Poole College (Bournemouth site). College day TBC.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
This is an excellent entry into HR, with the possibility of further training (CIPD Level 5) and further specialisation within the industry.
