Job Description

You’ll be joining our large and busy HR department as part of our shared services team. Our HR Shared Services (HRSS) is the first point of contact for our employees and are responsible for answering a wide of queries and signposting more complex queries across our other HR teams.


What will the apprentice be doing?

The qualification and role will allow you to become a direct support and source of information for your team when handling customer queries and matters. You will be responsible for gathering and analysing data and customer information to help improve processes, escalation points and turnaround times.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The qualification you will gain is a level 3 Customer Service Specialist and you will get a day release once a week for studying/learning.
