Responsibilities
A normal day would include:
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as assisting the management of the employment journey of all employees at Dakota Manchester from the recruitment and selection process of scanning CV’s and applications, to processing paperwork to payroll and completing Right to Work checks
- To complete filing tasks in support of our HR team, including completing audits, month end tasks and everyday organisation
- Assist with delivery of the training schedule supporting the People Development Manager in meeting training needs analysis and the delivery of compliance-based training
- The ideal candidate must manage the expectations of the operation and Heads of Department whilst following company procedures and best practice guidelines in employment law and GDPR
- Always represent Dakota in the best possible light, speaking with colleagues in a manner which enthuses and engages, and promotes our culture of maintaining the highest standards in everything we do
