What will the apprentice be doing?

Working as a Housing Apprentice you will be making a real contribution to the team you work with. You will perform a variety of duties, for example, following business related processes, interviewing customers, responding to queries, collecting data, sharing information and recording data on computerised case management systems.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will study towards the level 2 Housing Assistant Apprenticeship with the Chartered Institute of Housing and will be practising the skills learned in your day to day job.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

At the end of your apprenticeship you will be supported to further your career.
