Job Description

We are looking for a professional team player responsible for running the food and beverage service in different departments. You will be responsible for delivering a variety of different tasks and taking care of the safety and well-being of the guests.


The learner will support and deliver service to our guests in the restaurant, at the bar and in the events rooms. Working 5 days a week, 40 hours. Shift pattern may vary from 07.00 to 00.00 (according to the age).

Tasks will include:

  • Greet guests, take orders and serve food
  • Answer all queries about the menu and the drinks and make suggestions
  • Be accountable for guest’s requirements and food allergies
  • Follow health and safety and hygiene procedures
  • Set up the dining areas
  • Make sure that all areas are cleaned and well presented
  • Make sure that all the equipment is clean and well maintained
  • Process charges and payments
  • Effectively communicate with the supervisor
