To train and assist with:
- Bar and food service
- Learning stock management
- Cellar management
- Taking orders
- Operating the till and welcoming customers
Progression onto a Level 3 qualification if desired, full time time permanent position.

- Ability to work under pressure
- Take instructions
None, but GCSE English and maths may be desirable.
