Job Description

This boutique hotel in the heart of Thetford awaits you. They are a privately owned, independent hotel employing passionate local staff with local knowledge. Thomas Paine Hotel are also a license venue for weddings and events. There is an opportunity for an apprentice to join the team.


Responsibilities included in this role:

  • Prepare, cook and present food
  • Keep kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment
  • Keep up to date with new products, menus and promotions
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Future Prospects

Possibilities include; Waiting on, Restaurant Supervisor, Bar Supervisor, Chef, Front of house, House keeper, Assistant Manager
