Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant, working to help and advise patients on various ailments. A training programme will be provided to gain the necessary skills. Long-term job opportunity available for the successful candidate. Family friendly environment, keen to train and develop an apprentice.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Supporting customers with their individual requirements
  • Recommending products
  • Advising product solutions
  • Showing empathy and understanding
  • Stock control
  • Provide creative suggestions for products.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

This apprentice will work towards completing a L2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification and receive great opportunities to gain
hands-on experience in a supportive, real-work environment.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Completion of the apprenticeship will lead to a full-time role within the company.

Reality Check

Some weekend work will be required on a rota basis.
