Work supporting adults with disabilities (both physical and learning) to support them in their time at our unique and holistic day care centre. Your time will be spent supporting individuals in their activities with us, from arts and crafts, cooking, gardening, music, learning qualifications and general independence. You may need to provide 1-1 support for those who need it, for others you may be in a larger group helping them to achieve as much as they can independently.
You will be part of a welcoming and friendly team who are keen to support and teach our apprentice, you will also be connected to our Apprentice at our Andover location so are part of a larger team. This role may encompass on the job training for personal care, peg feeding, hoisting and medication administration.
There may be the possibility to join the team as a permanent candidate at the end of the year.

None, maths and English will be assessed as part of the application process.
Level 2 Adult Care Worker apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
- Safeguarding training
- PPE training
- Mediation training
