Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, entrepreneurial fashion brand in Manchester. The opportunity is for someone who will be keen to develop their skills in a Fashion and Entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

A normal day would include:

  • Responsible for providing legendary service, helping with all sales queries in a positive and professional manner whilst being a true ambassador for BODA
  • Responsible for taking sales calls, answering zopim online messages and answering Facebook + Instagram enquiries
  • Effectively advise customers on any queries
  • Provide payment options for all clients
  • Maximize sales opportunities at all times
  • Consistently monitor and follow up with all customers who have nearly completed a sale
  • Look after in-house clients with fittings
  • Customer care
  • Keep personal relationships with all clients
  • Communicate all complaints and NEXs to GM

Qualifications Required

GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.

Training Provided

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
