Job Description

Lords of the Manor is looking for a confident, enthusiastic and reliable applicant to join their teamas a Hospitality Team Member apprentice. Applicants must be willing to work evenings,weekends and bank holidays, as well as having a passion for customer service andproviding the best possible experience for their customers

Responsibilities

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun and challenging environment to gain the skills, knowledge and experience you need to kick start a career in hospitality

Main duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Ensuring the front of house is clean and tidy
  • Taking orders and serving food and drinks
  • Maintenance of a safe, hygienic and secure working environment
  • Working effectively as part of a hospitality team
  • Give customers a positive impression of yourself and the hotel
  • Keep up to date with new products, menus and promotions
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and licensing law

 

Future Prospects

Hospitality has many facets, depending on where you see yourself progressing, there will be courses and training in whatever niche you choose. There is progress as Sommelier, Chef, Management, Reception, Housekeeping, Concierge.
