Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing hospitality business, offering career progression through to Senior management. For the right person, there is the opportunity to secure full time employment and progress to higher level qualifications.

Responsibilities

Duties will include:

  • Serving food and drinks to customers at rosette level
  • Cleaning of surfaces and ensuring tables are kept clean and tidy at all times
  • Setting up tables for service
  • Ensuring bar area is well stocked at all times
  • Cellar management

Future Prospects

  • Excellent prospects could include venue management

Reality Check

  • Hours of work will vary according to shift pattern and will involve weekend and late evening work. Training and career development will be continual through the management, along with the apprenticeship being offered
  • Staff will be well looked after and will be given a meal on shift prepared by a rosette chef, excellent training throughout and excellent career opportunities
