Joining our fantastic Food Manufacturing Apprenticeship will enable you to build your knowledge of our production processes and gain an insight into how you can build your future. Your fresh ideas will help us to improve what we have, to innovate and to keep our world-class manufacturing operations moving forward.


What will the apprentice be doing?

We make some of the most popular confectionery on earth. Ever heard of KitKat or Polos? Exactly. Now we’re going to let you into the secret of how we do it. The science behind the process. How we solve problems in Manufacturing, how we set our standards, how we coach others to keep those standards.

Duties could involve but wouldn't be limited to problem solving, developing standards, coaching others and understanding the science behind our processes.


What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Our Food Manufacturing Apprenticeship gives you the chance to play your part in helping our teams achieve even greater success. You'll spend time being trained on how to operate within a food production environment, learning about quality, hygiene and safety standards and Continuous Improvement methods. You'll get the chance to work in a range of different production departments to develop your experience.
