We are looking for a Food & Beverage manager required to run a busy bar and restaurant in the visionimage of the owner.


Duties will include:

  • Open and close restaurant
  • Management of Sales figures
  • Stock Management
  • Staff training/Motivation
  • Implementation of Company Culture
  • Flexible shift work
  • Required to work weekends
  • Food discounts for staff

Future Prospects

Full time position as general manager.

Maths and English Grade A*-C (9-4) or equivalent. First Aid.
