Responsibilities
What will the apprentice be doing?
Making regular Microsoft Teams meetings, telephone, mail and email contact with team members, members of the public, food business operators and employers etc.
Maintaining electronic records including receiving, accurately recording and allocating work to officers via our computer system.
Assisting in the administration of skin piercing and food premises registrations.
Arranging dates and booking venues for meetings and assisting in preparing agendas and notes of meetings.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship standard, which includes:
Technical Certificate (industry knowledge)
Functional Skills qualifications in maths/English/IT (additional support available if required)
Full training provided at employer site
End-Point Assessment (EPA)
Regular Assessor visits, observations, and reviews
Witness testimonies from employer
Exams/Assessments/Workshops
