Job Description

Located in the heart of Borehamwood, The Orchard Practice provides expert holistic Financial Planning for our clients. You will be working hand in hand with the Chartered Financial Planner and Financial Planning team providing administration support to help our clients continue to receive a top level service.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

Each day starts at 9.30am. Day to day your tasks will vary depending on the needs of our clients and actions which arise. You will work closely with the financial planning team of 3, playing a pivotal role in providing our clients with a top level service.
There is a friendly atmosphere within the office, with the team all pulling in the same direction. You will have an hour for lunch, with the working day finishing at 5.30pm.
Your role will consist of:

Preparing the meeting packs
Preparing Letters of Authority
Liaising with existing clients
Actioning any tasks that arise from planning meetings or any ad-hoc tasks arising throughout the year
Answering incoming calls from clients
