What will the apprentice be doing?
You’ll quickly discover there’s a lot more to our Finance Apprenticeship than crunching numbers. For a start, you’ll get lots of training and experience in core operational areas of our business. You can gain further qualifications and build your career as you learn. But more importantly you’ll become an integral member of a fast-moving global company, with a culture that’s as individual, as our business model.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The apprenticeship is AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) you will begin your journey on a Level 3 programme after which you will complete the Level 4, both levels will take approximately 36 months to complete. You’ll acquire technical accounting knowledge (for understanding basic accounts and financial statements). Gain knowledge of our business, ethical standards, rules and regulations, and be introduced to our systems and processes.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once you have completed the Level 3 and Level 4 apprenticeship programmes you will join our Operational Finance Team on an unforgettable journey.
Reality CheckOnce you have completed the Level 3 Accounting Assistant qualification, you will be expected to complete the Level 4 Professional Accounting Tax Technician L4 qualification
