We have an exciting opportunity available for an Apprentice to join our Finance Team at KONE


What will the apprentice be doing?

We are looking for an Apprentice to support the day-to-day operations of the accounts function in some or all of the following: general accounts operations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, in-company cash transactions

Responsibilities and key activities

Follow established guidelines and procedures to accurately verify, process applicable accounts administration requirements.
Receive, verify, and process cash, credit card or other payments from customers, employees, and other parties; issue receipts and record transactions.
Support and maintain accurate reconciliations of general ledger, banking, customer and supplier accounts.
Verify vendor banking information in line with compliance requirements
Analyse and allocate complex vendors and customer payments and invoices
Review and reconcile direct debit payment processes
Support with other general finance processes


Interest in Finance
Good communication skills- written & spoken
Good numerical skills
Good with word & excel

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The programme will include the Level 3 Diploma for Customer Service Specialists (City & Guilds), and the End Point Assessment will conclude the programme, this will take place in Keighley and will happen aside on the job training.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Career at KONE in either Finance or Customer Service.
