What will the apprentice be doing?
The role involves providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the organisation. The role is to complete invoice processing, preparation of payment runs and supplier query resolution.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Successful completion of the apprenticeship will mean the Apprentice completes a Level 3 (ALevel equiv) qualification in Business Administration with a Finance bias.
The Apprenticeship will be based in the workplace with block release to college for exams etc, this will be at Gloucester College.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
There are a number of career paths the Apprentice could consider following the completion of the Apprenticeship:
- Accounts Payable Assistant
- Accounts Recievable Assistant
- Trainee Management Accountant
