Job Description

Working towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification based at Richmond & Wandsworth Council offices in Twickenham.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Supporting the set-up of meetings including arranging refreshments, checking and booking appropriate rooms, ensuring any equipment required is booked, printing agendas and meeting paper packs.
  • Involvement in project work as necessary e.g. within the Transforming the Future Task and Finish group.
  • Diary management for the Heads of Services.
  • Liaising with other members of the Executive Support Team on any diary clashes that require meetings to be rescheduled.
  • Seeking quotes for refreshments and venues.
  • Copy typing and printing.
  • Answering telephones, taking messages or assisting the caller where possible.
  • Full use of O365 (uploading docs, SharePoint/MS Teams/Stream/Visio/etc.)
  • Assisting with reference requests.
  • Attending meetings and Minute taking.
