Responsibilities
What will the apprentice be doing?
- To provide diary and administrative support to the Territorial Team Deputy Director.
- To provide general business support activities to the wider London and South East Territorial Team.
- to continuously develop, improve and actively deliver comprehensive business administration support to the Team, ensuring fit with wider business requirements;
- to proactively engage in corporate initiatives and continuous improvement arrangements across the Post 16 Regions and FE provider oversight Directorate
- to demonstrate an appetite and ability to learn and develop in the role
- to proactively engage in support networks across the Post 16 Regions and FE Provider Oversight Directorate such as the PA network.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The successful applicant will study towards the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship. Training will normally be delivered in the workplace.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
This role may be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles.
