What will the apprentice be doing?
Respond to breakdowns, systematically fault find, and identify root cause and then implement solution to prevent recurrence. Support 24-hour Site Production Operations and pro-actively engage with all departments to supply an effective, efficient, compliant service on a Right First-Time basis. Provide engineering support for production activity where required. Support cross functional activity relating to Safety, Quality and Project Work with supporting documentation. ·
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
For this apprenticeship you will working towards achieving Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician Standard Level 3 as a fully workbased programme.
For this level Apprenticeship A-C in Maths and English is requested, with an ICT qualification considered an advantage, however all applicants will be considered on merit subject to initial assessment against the challenging academic requirements of the standard. Confident application of English is critical to this role.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
