Job Description

Carlsberg Marston’s requires 4 multi skilled engineering apprentices for their Northampton Brewery.


What will the apprentice be doing?

The role: 

To develop an engineering team member of the future through the completion of technical training qualifications and development of functional/technical skills in line with the engineering technician apprenticeship scheme as well as assignments and work placements.

As with all roles within CMBC all employees are expected to operate to the highest levels of Health & Safety, Quality and Food Safety.

The apprentices will be trained, developed and mentored, by the on-site engineering team. Which boasts an impressive collection of engineering skills, technical equipment, and innovative new technologies.

Please note:

Salary starts at £13000, rising to £20500 + Shift Allowance.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

A full time role may be on offer upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship.
