- You will be supported throughout your time with us and you will be required to demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills with children, parents and all team members
- You will need to organise and plan the children's day, tidy and clear away and respond to children's different needs whilst keep the children safe at all times
- You will be required to undertake key person responsibilities and complete learning journals through observations and assessments of the children’s learning and participate in training and attend staff meetings
We have an extremely high succession rate within our apprenticeship program and staff who have progressed onto management level.
Please only apply if your travel to the employer is a reasonable distance to commute twice daily.
It’s essential that you have a caring nature with endless patience, some creativity, bundles of energy and most importantly be able to have lots of fun and enjoyment!
To be able to work as part of a team, be a good communicator, be able to communicate with children at their level, be passionate and authentic, always persevere, be practical and patient but also be willing to take risks, be flexible, respect children and their families, love learning, be energetic and able to have lots of fun.
GCSE (or equivalent) A-C or grade 4 or above in English and maths.
