Responsibilities
What will the apprentice be doing?
- As practitioner, plan, record and assess children
- Planning and setting up activities to reflect children’s interest and next steps
- Be in an area indoors or outdoors
- Be responsible for a group of children and recording their learning using Tapestry
- Supporting 2-4 years olds in their development
- Attend meetings and training
- Advise the manager of any concerns Forge relationships with students to support individual needs
- Deliver the highest standard of learning in line with our ethos
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Qualification/s to be obtained: Early Years Educator Level 3 & First Aid Qualification
Delivery method: The training will be delivered by Business Plus at Fareham College, an Ofsted Outstanding College. Your training will be delivered Day Release, and you will attend Fareham College. The schedule of this day release is to be confirmed.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
