What will the apprentice be doing?
At St Andrews CE Primary, apprentices are an integral part of the nursery team. You will hit the ground running in your Early Years career, whilst being supported and nurtured along the way.

- Learn how to deliver a holistic approach to the curriculum, ensuring the environment offers rich, first-hand learning opportunities for all children.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The Early Years apprentice will work towards a L2 Early Years practitioner qualification via Weymouth College and will at the same time have formal training delivered by St Andrews CE Primary.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Prospect of progression to a higher level apprenticeship qualification and to progress within the business.
