Job Description

This apprenticeship role will involve general IT helpdesk support, setting up new users and equipment, and backing up maintenance and asset records. Ensuring a high level of service is always delivered.


What will the apprentice be doing?

Working alongside your mentor and other leading industry experts, you’ll provide dedicated technical support to the business, to ensure the smooth running of the organisation. You’ll embrace delivering a wide variety of tasks, with a focus of this role being the delivery of technical support excellence.

Throughout your apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to get stuck into various aspects the job to fully immerse yourself in what it means to be a digital support apprentice.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Over 18 months, you’ll devote 20% of your 37.5 hours of working time towards a Level 3 Information communication Technician apprenticeship. You’ll be trained by an expert tutor from Tiro as well as an experienced mentor at NSG Environmental Ltd, who together, will make sure you develop the knowledge, skills, and work habits you’ll need to succeed in your career.

You’ll be earning a salary while you gain your qualifications, meaning no huge student loans to pay back at the end of the programme!
