What will the apprentice be doing?
We have big plans and are looking for somebody with a passion for marketing & sales to help grow the Springpod brand. The role will be varied, and you will have the opportunity to try different things, learn new skills and have the autonomy to be creative. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Social media marketing
- Paid advertising
- SEO
- Email marketing
- Community management
- Business development
- Content creation & website design
- Reporting & analytics
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Springpod has partnered with Whitehat to offer you an industry-leading Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship.
This apprenticeship is suited to individuals in the early stages of their careers, who do not have a degree or higher-level qualification. During this 18-month apprenticeship, you will obtain the following qualifications:
Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship Standard
BCS in Coding and Marketing Principles
Google Analytics IQ
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
At the end of your 18-month apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to transfer into a full-time position.
Reality Check
Our team operates a hybrid working model, which means you will work from home at least 50% of the time. We have offices in London and Liverpool, so you must be able to commute to one of the offices when necessary.Skills Required
